Charlie I got an email and copy of WEB capture from Garry in Elgin Il,
from yesterday morning.
He copied WEB at a distance of about 950 miles. He could barely copy MP
and could not copy
you(COV), me(WMS) or Andy (XR). Looks like skip is really long. I've been
on WEB last two nights
with no sucess. Maybe I'll shut WMS down in a night or two an look for
you. For now WMS is still on.
Garry also got a Wolf copy on TAG earlier in the week, I need to try for
that one while skip is long.
I wonder if this long skip is due to the absence of sunspot activity.
Maybe the ones who have been
at this longer than I( three years) and give us some insight.
Congratulations.Looks like 558 miles from you to Longmont, Co,

Subject: [Lowfer] CV / MP Captured in Colorado
Jerry , KD0GS , DN70ke , of Longmont , Colorado , just sent me a very nice
capture of both CV and MP , taken at
9 p.m. MST .
CV was his first Lowfer Capture and Colorado , was a new state for me .
Conditions must be good tonight . Haven't had a chance to be in the shack
tonight .
