[Lowfer] Activity in the Northwest of USA (Southwest of Canada)?

I just got interested in Ham radio (again), Part-15, and weak signals
when I saw Wolf, QRSS, and similar on the web.  I just get a kick out
of 'hearing' signals below the noise floor.  Given my hearing, the
noise floor is probably about 3 dB higher than what people would
usually consider it to be.

My QTH is Seattle Washington.  Are there people I might be able to
hear on:

1750 Meters
600 Meters
Medfer (588 - 176 Meters)
Hifer (22 Meters)
