       It looks like indeed SAQ was on the  air around 9:00 UTC on April 22.

I mixed up summer and winter time and SAQ will send its test transmission  at 
11:00 local time which means 09:00 utc and not 10:00. Sorry for spreading  
wrong information and I hope this update does not come to late to attend the  
event.
