[Lowfer] WD2XSH Modification

The ARRL filed today for a modification of WD2XSH that is really just asking for a renewal for 5 years (rather than 2 years).
Hopefully the modification will issue before September 1 otherwise the XSH stations will be off until it is granted. 
This would not be the case had a straight renewal been filed, in that case you can continue to operate as long as the renewal was filed in a timely fashion. I don't believe that you can continue to operate after  a license expires pending the outcome of a modification.
