Hi Ted, LowFers:

I have been monitoring on 137.740 khz for the last week (along with everyone 
else). Nothing heard that relates to Part 5 and QRSS60.  Ted indicated that 
his antenna is broadside east-west and that would go along way to suggest 
that I will be difficult to hear him at this time.

Mitch....you might have the best shot at it.  Hopefully, Ted will continue 
to improve his radiation
efficiency to a point where we that are west of the applachins can hear him.
