[Lowfer] Futurlec Evaluation board

The price I paid was $25.00 for the board, cd, programmer, cable, 
shipping.  I was going to build it but I don't think it was worth it for 
that price.  I am doing the output stage now.  BPU software is supposed 
to work with it, but I haven't tried yet.
