[Lowfer] Futurlec Evaluation board

This Atmel chip is obsolete and getting harder to find. Has been on ebay.
My plan was to pop it off the eval board and use on a proto board ala
K0LR with 'BPU software.

'BPU software is available for a modest fee, from the author.

Probably smarter move would be to find the ATMEL replacement,
but the software may not be directly compatible, and may need
significant tweaks.

Futurlec component pricing was very interesting, until I found that
nothing was stocked in the USA.
Overseas S/H was the killer. Maybe now their business model has changed.
