[Lowfer] BPC 68.5KHz...

[Steve Ratzlaff]

I think BPC was just down, around my local sunrise, as BPC came back around 
1420 utc and has been continuous since then, now 1440. Faint but there; is 
now fading away. Much, much weaker than 40kc JJY which is heard most of the 
time now.
