[Lowfer] BPC 68.5KHz...

BPC easy copy at 1200 utc this morning when I first checked, not as strong 
as 40kc JJY. But at 1338 utc when I checked again, BPC was gone, while JJY 
was its usual strong signal, heard almost 24 hours/day during this 
fall/winter/spring season, depending on local noise/static. Odd that BPC 
would go away. But sitting on its freq, it was heard precisely at 1400 utc 
for about 3 seconds, then gone. One wouldn't think a VLF signal would be 
like that.
