Thanks for the reply, Warren.

By mixed bands I ment that we could use both part 5 and 15.

And while you are coorect that on any given day an east coaster may be heard 
on the west coast it does not happen EVERY day and the challenge would be to 
get the message across on a PARTICULAR day.

Perhaps what I proposed is not enough of a challenge. I was just trying to 
spice things up.
