[Lowfer] XGR CHIP64 QSO Tonight

Mike,

Not sure why it's not working. It decodes OK here in USB (508.5 - BFO) 
or LSB (508.5 + BFO), as well as CW.

Going to drop the signal for a while. Jay will probably chime in shortly.
