Skip the max power and just list ERP. 505-515 or 505-510 would work for 
600 meters. Likely 505-510 rather than the other. Warren mentioned NDB's 
or something aircraft related above 510kc I believe. Leave yourself 
enough antenna room, unless you are close to a flight path at an airport 
then you may have to keep them under the highest object right around 
you. Don't want much limit in case you decide one day to put up a 100' 
vertical or something real big.
