Good day from the islands,
  I want to thank those who have already sent some
replies to me.  To answer a couple of questions that
were sent. As to my location, it is a permanent move,
so I will be here for awhile.  License should not be a
problem with the Marshallese government and they do
not see any reason not to grant the permission.
  So I am now looking on the web a transmitter designs
for Lowfer and Hifer beacons.  Is there any recomended
recievers out there to monitor beacons?  Any
preferences on design of the transmitter?  I am hoping
to power both of them by solar seeing that I have
plenty of sun here in the islands.  Once again thanks.
