[Lowfer] Marshall Islands

Good day from the Pacific,
  I am interested in setting up Lowfer/Medfer beacons
here in the islands.  I do not know much about it and
was wondering if someone could direct me to some
resourses (books, web sites etc).  Thanks in advance
