I just looked at RSS-210, which is available at:

Interesting. The power restriction and antenna restrictions appear to be 
the same as for the U.S. But then they give an example that contradicts 
the rule! It almost appears like the limit is 30 meters if a 
transmission line is used, and you consider the length of both 
conductors in the line. Very strange. I wonder if the 30 meter figure is 
a typo, and they really meant 15.
