Keep in mind what I stated earlier, you are looking at a small increase in GLOBAL ANNUALLY AVERAGED temperatures. That is a DOUBLE AVERAGE, it averages the temperature over ALL Seasons and All Latitudes. You have to look at what happens for a given season at given latitude to really see the effect.
A 2 degree Celsius rise in the global annual average DOES NOT mean that every place goes up 2 degrees (Celsius) all year long. What happens is a negligible increase in the tropics and a very large increase in the polar winter temperatures. Nobody is worried about San Diego going from an annual average of 72 degrees to 75 degrees. Its the much larger effect in the winter temperature at the poles that is the problem.
