[Lowfer] Domino EX4 FEC PSK31FEC test last night

Thanks to N8TL, W3EEE and W3NF for reception reports from last night's test. From the reports
received over the past few sessions and observations by John and myself, PSKFEC31 appears to be the
winner for this speed catagory. The decoder in PSKFEC31 appears to be rock solid with no sync
problems - unlike decoders in some other modes.

I'll be running additional tests (John may also) of the higher speed modes. Since these do not lend
themselves to ordinary QSOs (we don't have that much to discuss and can't possibly type that fast!)
these tests will be run by us individually. We'll be sending repeating text which should make it
easy to spot lost characters.

As usual, we'll post information on the tests ahead of time and will appreciate any and all
reports - successful or not.
