[Lowfer] VD13555.400 in PSK31 mode

	Been listening in DM04 this afternoon and began to get something that
looked "wide band" at 13555.410, so switched over to Digipan.  About
once every couple of minutes I see something which looks like very faint
"railroad tracks".  In about 30 minutes of listening (time now 5:10 PM
PDT) I got a number of "P"'s, a couple of "P" line feed "-31"'s, several
"PS"'s, and one "BURLI".  Don't even know if you were on today (5-16) or
what message you are sending but thought I'd report this in case it
wasn't Digipan's imagination entirely.  Propagation forecast says
signals should be better later, so will leave things on for an hour or
so.
