[Lowfer] Mast-debating. (that doesn't sound right)

I plan to set up a 42' mast in the near future.  It  will be guyed every 10'
or so with the top guys being the antenna.  To get it up I plan to stabilize
the bottom, then have two people pull on two of the three guy sets to pivot
it up.  I use chainlink fence toprail.  Strong, lightweight and inexpensive.
I use Dacron rope for the guys and steel cable for radiating elements.

Who was the fellow setting up the pictures of people and stations on this
list?  I have a couple photos indirectly related to my future HiFER beacon I
would like to submit.
