Dale, I looked for "NW" today and have been seeing a few partial IDs. The
frequency seems to vary between about 40 and 70 Hz high, with the IC-706
parked at 13,553.14 kHz. That might put it outside the viewing window of the
standard Argo screen. I'm using the 1024 x 768 version of Argo, which gives
a viewing range of almost +/- 100 Hz in 3-second dot mode. Part of the
apparent drift could be in my receiver. It has a TCXO, but is sitting under
a somewhat drafty window on the west side of the house, and today's high
was -10 F with 20 mph winds from the northwest. I made one quick check on
WWV 15 MHz, and it showed up on the Argo screen at about +3 Hz. At the
moment, if I apply that correction, NW is about 40 Hz high at the moment.

No luck this morning on new HiFER LP, but will go back and check the
frequency again. While tuning around the band this noon I had solid CW copy
on "HI".
