Kind of fast, compared to what we're used to! The PA creates a really dirty
signal, though. Sounds funny in the receiver -- I'm not used to hearing the
sharp edges on PSK31. But I guess no damage is being done at 1 watt. It
would be really nice if the Part 15 rules specified OUTPUT power!
