[Lowfer] 2003 ARRL Freq Measuring test, results

Nice show there Bill!  What I don't understand is how a VA and SC
station got enough signal to make a measurement on 20 and 15 meters.  I
could barely detect the 20 meter signal and had nothing on 15 here in
NC.  I was using a calibrated Argo screen and missed the 80 meter signal
by -0.16 Hz and the 40 meter signal by -0.26 Hz.
