I changed over to the loop as the forecast was supposed to be above freezing
but it is only 20F now. Going out to put the tuner box on the new E/W loop
and tune it up.

Either Mike was up early or there was a real propagation anomaly at 0612 CST
today. WEOH took a sudden jump in signal strength, back up to his N-S loop
level of last night.

Later today I will try to add a Spectrum Lab signal strength plot and some
other information to my "software IF receiver" article. The plot also shows
WEB coming to within 20 dB of Mike's signal strength.
