[Lowfer] O-scope Bad

Anyone provide some direction ?

Just got an o-scope off ebay and the only thing that lights up is the
pilot light. The tube has a dim glow that changes w/ Focus, the PS has
voltage, the Cal port works, but no trace.

Seems there's no recourse on the deal but what about repairing the
scope? Anyone w/ experience here ... worth having a NON high-end scope
sent in for repair -- and where to send? (Oh, Bill, this was the scope
that filled in for the Tek 465 scope I didn't bid high enuf on.)

The Web showed some tech repair services w/ Chinese script and another
in San Fran. Shipping could be a limiting factor too. What to do?

Not kidding, but the urge to tap ebay one more time is building <GG>
