[Lowfer] NC Hi-Medfer reports

Wow, what a response!  Five reports within the first hour!

I was informed this event had a false start.  I posted earlier that I
would announce the frequency at 7 p.m. to make it a fair race.  I typed
up the message to be sent at 0000 hrs and thought I had the mail program
configured to send automatically at that time since I was going to be
away from the computer at that hour.  When I returned about 6:50 p.m. I
already had several positive reports!  Considering this I will issue
another "first day of operation" QSL like I had to do when the first
Hifer went on the air a few years ago.  Sorry about the confusion.
Seems the more I do the more I screw up!

Positive reception has been received in order of my email time from
John, Jay, Mitch, Dale and Larry.
