[Lowfer] NDB QSL etiquette - OT?

Yes, some still will. As Dave T. notes, though, it's a different era.
There's no military secrets involved with your average airport NDB's
technology, the precise coordinates of every navaid are all a matter of
public record, and there's no way that I know of to turn a QSL card into a
weapon unless you're some kind of martial arts genius. But that's the way
folks are.
I wonder, though, if it might help to have a leaflet or something from the
LWCA that you could send along with a reception report, to reassure the
recipient that this is a genuine hobby and you're not some wacko anarchist
loner? We could add a page to the Web site to refer them to as well.
