I think 6:00 PM local time is prime time for HiFERs. Mornings are so-so, and
noon and late nite are not too hot. I have seen some near midnight but I
don't usually look that late for HiFers. If I'm up I am looking for MedFERs,
LowFERs or who knows what. I don't remember it being much different last
summer.
I would guess that most HiFER seeking is done in real time instead of
setting up to capture overnight.  That is a lot of capturing at QRSS3 or CW.
