[Lowfer] JASON - show stopper

Often, not understanding fully does not stop me -- as you already know.  
But I've come across something I'm going to have to figure out before I 
can go farther:

I am unsure of the keying speed needed.  Alberto says 11.89 seconds per 
character but I don't know what that translates to -- don't know how to 
set that in my exciter as there are more than one JASON command per 
character.

SO - UWL is going back to the watering hole, 185302 and QRSS30.

Perhaps I'll have a receiver soon and can have a better shot at knowing 
I'm sending good JASON.  Not working blind would certainly help me.
