	I too have the TMS problem and the remenants of too much junk left in
the machine.  I've kinda gotten used to have to reboot or reset
programs, but this particular one didn't seem to be helped.  The
sndvol32.exe -r is a new one to me and I'll remember it to try "when all
else fails".
