I'm also interested in more details on the Jupiter-T GPS module, such as
what antenna should be used, and what kind of software may be necessary to
talk to it. The description of the Jupiter-T talks about a Motorola binary
interface that may be compatible with the "Visual GPS" freeware and the
Motorola "Oncore" command set. There is quite a bit of documentation
available for the Oncore boards because they are a popular component of APRS
setups and homebrew precision frequency references.

All I know so far is that the Jupiter-T module is shown with a price tag of
$124 from www.spectrasystems.net in Florida. They also list an AA004000
active antenna (without radome) for $25 and an AA004020 weatherproof antenna
for $42. I *think* those antennas are compatible with the Jupiter-T but
would want to know for sure before ordering!
