[Lowfer] Weekend HiFER report from CN89

[Scott Tilley]

I've never seen anything other then noise around where the epson hangs
out...  I figure if your looking for my signal +-50 Hz you should see it
as that's the best I can tell here now... I could measure it at the lab
at work sometime...
