[Lowfer] Weekend HiFER report from CN89

I am watching QRSS3 using ARGO. One screen shows +- 50 Hz at this setting,
so I would miss anything above 13.555470 or below 13.555370. Can you measure
the difference between the Epson and someone you can see?
