[Lowfer] VD in PSK01

It's hard to put a 1 to 10 rating on the static I had last night as compared to summer.  The lightning last night at midnight was between 50 and 100 miles to my south.  The strikes produced strong static but were spaced
maybe 5 to 10 seconds apart.  At 8 a.m. this morning the lightning was less frequent and weaker since the strikes were coming from off the coast, maybe 200 miles ESE of my location.  During summer the static is almost
continuously present at low levels.  So on a 1 to 10 average I would put last night's noise between 1 and 2.
