[Lowfer] MedFER CT on again...

MedFER "CT" is back on again.

I had been out of town for a week, and in the interim, my cat had 
apparently managed to pull the Phoenix connector apart that feed 
power/control to the transmitter.  (Who knows what they get up to when 
I'm gone...)

Thanks to Pete, K7ZTM (30-40 miles north of me) for pointing this out 
when he couldn't copy it.  Plugging the connector back in remedied the 
situation.  We have had some high winds recently, and I'll need to 
doublecheck the variometer tuning:  It tends to "walk" a little bit with 
the vibration/buffeting sometimes - but it is usually within 3 db or so 
of peak ERP.

It is still running QRSS3 (only) and on or about 1704.966 KHz, with 
PSK31 upon request.
