I have posted some messages here before about the use of twisted pair lines
between loops and the shack. Cat 5 cable is a perfectly viable way to do it.
My experiments in Maine with twisted pair mike cable (Canare L-4E6S) have
shown no advantage to using a shield on the cable. That might not be true in
a really locally noisy place, though.

If the higher than 50 ohm impedance or the small conductor size bothers you,
use two pairs in parallel.

As always for a balanced line, keep BOTH ends balanced. That's really simple
to do with transformers at this frequency.
