It was the NPN of the pair I toasted -- the 128.  I didn't get it swapped 
out yesterday (although I have the part) but will after work today and 
hope to be on the air by 0000Z ... or so :)

Have lots of loading coil/variometer/matching work to do, but I'll stay on 
the air as much as possible.  I WILL keep updates current at 
http://www.nutstreet.net/radio/beacons/ so that someone doesn't end up 
listening when I'm not even there.

I want to keep using this amp while I build the new one ... and it's 
cheaper to learn about tuning/matching with :)

AND -- I'll send a post to the reflector when I heat 'er back up tonight.
