I did today, and left a message. Since my action of calling him would
constitute an "ex parte" contact, I doubt that he will call me back
(assuming he knows his FCC rules). I can only hope that he or someone else
in the office will find a reason to call me of their own volition. There's
not much else you can do legally about a pending application.
