Yah, Eric, 200ma is a good number for a vertical. Work it backwards and find 
the total system resistance for Lyle's antenna.

Don't be fooled by the high current that loops bring. The radiation 
resistance times the antenna current squared determines the power radiated. 
The radiation resitance for a loop is far lower than for a vertical of the 
same hieght - so the loop needs a lot more current to radiate the same 
power.
