[Lowfer] TAG in PSKAM10 Mode

Jay and I have been playing with PSKAM10 on and off since May. It seems to
do quite well during the daytime, but is not very resilient with static
crashes. I'm up in Maine right now, and things are quieter today than they
have been since May. I'll paste some results from this afternoon at the end
of this message. That copy is of TAG at 140 miles.
I agree that the user interface is odd at times. Also, the program can
"wander off" and need to be restarted. But the 6 wpm throughput is amazing,
considering the signal strength.
