[Lowfer] TAG in PSKAM10 Mode

Will be interested in hearing your results.  Several of us in the SoCal
area are in the process of putting our beacons in PSKAM10, with
PLI/WD4PLI being the first.  Our initial low-power (Warbler) experiments
on 80 meters looked promising but the effects of selective fading
complicated things enough that a comparison with PSK31 was difficult. 
The PSK10 appeared to have a slight advantage but hard to tell - hope
lowfer results will be better.  Must say that I was the only guy who
didn't think MULTIPSK was a dog!
