Hi John,

The loop proper is from 5/8" CATV hardline- about a 1/2" gap in the shield  at
the top. The gap is made mechanically strong via  plexiglass sandwich. Bottom
of the loop terminates in standard CATV connectors. Taken from:

A thin wall fiberglass pole supports the loop vertically.
