[Lowfer] Beacon "USA" off the air due to contamination

A trial of a multi-plate cap (for LF tx loop tuning) made up from oven trays
(or similar) mounted in a tank of peanut oil is still on my list of things I
want to do. The cap is varied by pumping the oil in and out of the tank with
an aquarium pump. The oil should be a self healing dielectric but this will
definitely be an outside experiment when I crank up the loop current to 30
amps or so!
