Bob:
The drift over 20 Hz occurred in a time frame from about 8:00 PM to 3:00 
AM Local time, that was the time frame I had ARGO capturing. I have been 
messing around with it this morning. I currently have the beacon "keyed 
down" The lastest screenshot of the keyed tranmitter can be
seen here..

 My receiver doesn't have the resolution to get me exactly to 173.773 
KHz , that's why ARGO shows it lower.
