I did see a signal on or about your freq. It had about a quarter cycle
drift
and cycled back and forth. I am sending a separate capture to you.
there is no ID as the signal or   " Thing " was in a lot of QSB. It was
in the slot
from 1230 to about 0600 .

If your drift was in fact 20 Cycles I never saw anything rushing through
ARGO
on QRSS 30. Would have broken ARGO speed limits and could have
slipped on by without a trace
