[Lowfer] XSR heard in Okla

This morning I was able to log XSR here in central Okla.  Antenna was a 1
meter active whip, receiver was Harris RF-590 with blanker, display was on
an HP signal analyzer.  I used a bandwidth of 0.076 Hz on the analyzer.  At
this bandwidth noise was about 170 uV and the signal was running 1.5 to 3
mV.  Fairly strong signal but not quite as good as GLS.  I couldn't hear it
with a 30 Hz audio filter.
