Now that the reflector seems to have straightened out...

I listened on 1704.8 around 10 PM EST on Friday, and there was a steady
carrier on USA's frequency. I could see it easily on the 3-second screen,
and could hear it on the speaker during peaks. You must have been tuning up
at that point.

A signal was visible there this morning around 7:15 AM EST, but I didn't
have time to stay and watch.  Will take a listen tonight... I suspect you
have made a considerable improvement.
