Not a problem
many of us get on the air without reading the stated restrictions
and use others as a guideline. What happens over time is the
guidelines are stretched, This is a normal result of what becomes
normal practice . I dont think there is an intent to violate
part 15 rules in this process,,,, just normal people practice HAR
I would think the use of the final amp at the base of the 3 meter antenna
and the Osc/exciter inside would be a better match
But Geeze no ground radials// guess the loop idea wins out,, using a 3
meter
loop as opposed to a 9 meter loop,,
