Doug, normally I'd stay out of "private" comms. but seems the cat's
outa the bag ...

I can accept that you don't *know* of compliant part-15 stations, but
I'll add that there are in fact others that *are* and that's an
important point to make. I've seen it many times on this List the
LowFERs that describe and Web-post pictures of their stations, proud of
what they accomplished under stringent part-15 regs. I applaud them!
Please become so aware so as not to be in a position to have to say such
limited understanding of many reg.-abiding LowFERS, past and present.
