Hey Dale,
It is an IC stage that works like an RF switch to cut the drive to the
driver stage with a computer enabling or disabling the IC's output for QRSS
or to use a keyer with paddles to run CW. I will most likely still build the
circuit to try it out that way. I use an Epson and computer to run the
exciter right now. The HP would allow me to move about the band as needed
where the Epson is rock bound.

Was Lyle going to use the HPIB interface to do that? I imagine a lot of
interesting stuff could be done through HPIB.
