[Lowfer] BCY

Well, my Lowfer BCY beacon is on air. It should be up and running 24/7, 
but there might be times during the day it may be down for tweaking.
beacon frequency is 169.130. Mode QRSS30 with a 12 WPM ID.
Not sure how my antenna at the moment is going to work, but I'll giver 
it a try.
It's been over 10 years since I had the beacon on the air. I am now at a 
different location and I still would like to add some more radials and 
do more work on the top hot when time permits.
Right now I show a input of about 850 milliwatts
